Drop time-stamped markers while you shoot. Timecode+ is production logging for crews who move fast. One tap creates a marker at the exact timecode, so you never lose track of a good take.
Used by camera operators, DITs, producers, and script supervisors on sets worldwide since 2012.
WHAT IT DOES
Start a session, name your scene, and tap to mark moments as they happen. Each marker stores the precise timecode. Good takes, mistakes, boom in frame, great performances - whatever your crew needs to remember.
One note holds dozens of markers. When the scene wraps, export your log directly to Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or Avid.

Very grateful for the help this app has given for story, notes and assisting director. Thank you.I’d love to delete old notes. Is this possible?
Nice and easy
Splenik
Streamlined app. I'm an editor and it makes taking notes while screening very easy. Some improvements would be appreciated. A red background would make taking notes less annoying for others in dark room. Stop the time from running when the note taking is over. Reading notes afterwards with the time still running is absurd and annoying. Add more 'preset notes' on iPad there's plenty of space there. Export format should be text tab delimited.
Better than paper
Calabouche
But not by much. This app allows me to at least log a 'time of day' shoot and notate each take. The quick tag (1 2 3 4) with user designations for (Good Bad etc. etc.) is a nice idea. What I'd like to see are more export format options, use of colour as markers or highlights, and, my biggest complaint, the ability to reverse the log to chronological order instead of last take first...I mean, that's the way we work. Who starts editing a piece with the last clip? And probably the most important update would be to add the option to use a preset timecode as well as well as TOD. If this developer keeps working at this app by adding functionality and usable features, it just may be worth the 5 bucks some day!
Jam Sync: lock your markers to an external timecode source. Pick a target, watch your camera count toward it, and tap JAM. New markers ride your source's clock from that point.
Update Past Markers (Beta): re-jamming mid-shoot can now shift existing markers along with the new offset.
Fixes:
- Premiere Pro FCP7 XML import now works correctly
- "Export All Notes" zip is no longer empty
- Lock screen widget icon restored
