Love this new app. Like the colours of the pages. The app itself has a lot of features that are well designed. Nice music, great recipes and lots of great affirmations.
Best Wellness App
This is by far one of the best wellness apps out there. I tried it out for fun but now im addicted. I use it almost everyday for recipes and a regular with bedtime stories. Meditations and the AI feature are fantastic and make it a more personalized experience.
Great App for overall calm and relaxing
I have many meditation apps but this has become my go to because it has much more than just meditation. I can look up great healthy recipes, there is a community to connect and meet like minded people. Love the ease of the app and most importantly the meditations are great for beginners and those more experienced. Definitely recommend
