WiFiman is here to save your home or office network from sluggish surfing, endless buffering, and congested data channels. With this free-to-use (and ad-free) app you can:
- Detect and connect to all available Wi-Fi networks devices instantly.
- Scan network subnet for details on available devices, using Bonjour, SNMP, NetBIOS, and Ubiquiti discovery protocols.
- Conduct download/upload speed tests, store results, compare network performance, and share your insights with others.
- Relocate your access points (APs) to nearby data channels to instantly increase signal strength and reduce traffic volume.
- Connect remotely to your UniFi network via Teleport VPN.

The product suite I didn't know I needed
So I consider myself as someone know is very knit picky about app, UI/UX and tech related stuff. In other words, a nightmare of a Karen. But this app is near perfect, even if you don't use their products. Good luck finding another app from other vendor that would be so kind.
I am just amazed at the user experience and the beautiful and meticulous app design. I'm not considering moving my entire home network to Ubiquiti.
App is nice but it has a flaw
Have been using this app since a month after it was released. It’s great otherwise but one flaw is in the speed test itself. My home internet is 6Mbit down but the app constantly says that it’s well over 20Mbit. Over tried 17 Speedtest apps and website including with my computer which is connected via RJ-45 Cat6 and its max is 5.89Mbit down. So there’s a problem with this apps ability in terms of accuracy. There’s no way my wifi is faster than the internet speed coming into the home.
Broken App
It won’t let me close the initial “widget” notification immediately popping up after downloading the app. Pretty much useless app it won’t let me do anything until I close it but it won’t let me close.
