About Cancelling Subscription

How can we cancel our subscription if we want because there is no option right there to cancel our membership. Customers expect that it should be there

We don’t auto renew your subscription its a one time purchase hence we don’t have cancel subscription option.

You will have to purchase subscription again once your current subscription expires.

Though have a subscription not able to view the content

Even after contacting the support centre the issue is still not resolve. Though i have an active subscription most of the content is not shown if i login.
