REVIEW BEFORE YOU FINALIZE Use AI-assisted observations as a starting point. Review, edit, approve or reject suggestions yourself. UnitInspect does not decide responsibility or replace your judgment. DOCUMENT THE TENANT'S RESPONSE Record agreement or disagreement with the reviewed report. A disagreement includes a reason and remains visible when the parties acknowledge that report version with their signatures. SHARE A PROFESSIONAL REPORT Generate and export a PDF report with structured condition records and a photo evidence appendix. Reports follow an RTB-27-aligned structure; they are not officially approved or certified by the Residential Tenancy Branch. FREE FIRST RELEASE Create a personal account with no payment required. The first release includes 1 complete inspection and 5 AI analyses per UTC calendar month, plus 250 MB of storage. A Move-in and a Move-out each count as one inspection. Revisions, signatures and downloading existing reports do not use another inspection. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over; new allowance arrives at the start of the next UTC calendar month. AI analysis and storage have separate resource limits shown in the app. There are no purchases or subscriptions in this release. UnitInspect is a UnitBook tool, operated by Docscope AI Inc.
