Keeps asking for card number

Even if you select the “remember me” option, it will automatically forget your number after a week, as part of what I can only assume is an additional security feature. But surely this is unnecessary given that the accounts are already protected by a heavy criteria password. None of the other banking apps I use have this feature. Strongly recommend changing

The worst banking app available

Truly the worst app I have. On average takes about 3 times of logging in before I’m actually taken to my account. The message “sorry the service is not available at the moment” will show two to three times before you can actually log in. Have contacted Vancity about it a few times a no one has given any answers. It’s unfortunate that the only accessibility tool for my bank barely works.

App hasn’t changed since 2013

Ive been banking with Vancity since 2013. Im unsure as to when I installed the app but it seemingly hasn't changed since then. It glitches frequently; face recognition doesn’t work and it makes me log in 3 times instead of once. It also doesn’t respond to commands right away so when you tap a command twice it then glitches out. These problems aren’t new so I’m wondering why the app hasn't been restructured to make it more customer friendly.
