Share the experience! You can now recommend tickets and passes to friends directly in the app. Use the share button on the product to send a link to someone you think should join in.

Small improvements that make the app work even better!

We’ve made it faster to find the right city – whether you’re searching for events, registering an account, or updating your profile, the most common cities now appear as soon as you start typing.

Organizers now have better options for changing the city of their events, making it easier for users to discover relevant events. We also save your selected radius and city, so your preferences remain even if you uninstall the app. More users will be prompted to rate the app, helping us gather valuable feedback and improve the experience!

Transferring tickets just got easier! Instead of taking a screenshot, we now suggest that you transfer the ticket directly in the app, as many organizers don’t accept screenshots for security reasons. We’ve also improved how the app retrieves cities for your profile and when filtering events. For our organizers, we’ve made check-in even better with enhancements that make the process smoother.

If a product is no longer available, you'll now be automatically sent back to the Current view for a smoother experience.

We have implemented a minimum of 2 characters for event searches to provide you with more relevant and faster search results. We have also improved the handling of invalid product codes to make it clearer what went wrong.

Now it's even easier to log in and create an account – we automatically suggest your email address, so you don’t have to type it all yourself. We've also made tickets more secure! A new animation makes it harder to take screenshots and resell them on the black market. We've listened to our users who had some issues with the camera and upgraded the camera function to work even better! For our organizers, we've added a new option to use tickets without scanning them – perfect for smoother entry at selected events.
