The claims they make vs what they deliver are day and night. Save your money.

VIP service is a scam
They charge you with a large amount and then don’t respond for weeks. Show same profiles that are normally available, unable to connect with anyone and the consultant assigned disappear for days and weeks. Later, they say that refund is not applicable. So basically, you are spending a lot of money just to give headache to yourself as you end up wasting a lot of time following up for even small small things with no results.
