Description
Hanwha Vision Inc.’s Wisenet SmartCam app is linked to our Smart Home Camera, enabling easy home monitoring, at anytime and from wherever you are.
Using the Wisenet SmartCam app, you can register your camera conveniently and access a range of functions. The camera detects movement and noises in your home, and notifies you through the app to enable the appropriate responses. This app will protect your valuables.
In addition to monitoring your home, the Wisenet SmartCam app and our SmartCam can be used to keep an eye on children, pets or stores.

Relay Mode
LTE/3G = Relay Mode - none of the functionality just visual only.
WiFi = Full functionality
LTE/3G Hot Spotting to another device = Full functionality
Customer support = barely existant.
Same issue on 3 separate devices and different 2 different geographical locations.
Won’t Connect
I’ve owned my cameras for several years. In the last several months, it won’t allow me to connect to the wifi. Totally useless now.
Cameras don’t stay connected
App hasn’t been useful for the longest time. We have 3 cameras and they are randomly online even though there is no problem with our wifi. Most of the time, the cameras are offline for unknown reason. Worst app ever.
