Literate laughs and new challenges!

The “Valentine’s Day” update of this already-fun text-mangling game actually brings a lot more than just some new love-themed poetry and prose, although of course that’s included too.

The basic gameplay remains the same as in the enjoyable debut version, but new game modes have been added, and the instructions and configuration menus have been clarified and enhanced, making for a great overall experience.

Highly recommended for anyone who loves a little bit of wordplay!

P.S. What about some gothic and horror classics for Hallowe’en? Maybe a bit of “Frankenstein”, “Jekell and Hyde”, “Jane Eyre”, or “Mysteries of Udolpho”?

Developer Response ,

Thanks so much for your wonderful review. I'm really happy you like the improvements and your Hallowe'en update suggestions are excellent: those works by Shelley, Stevenson, Eyre and Radcliff are all in the public domain. I'd add some Poe and the witches scene from Macbeth ("Double, double toil and trouble, Fire burn, and cauldron bubble."). All the best, Greg

What a piece of work is [an app]! How noble in [the bath] ...

What a fun, clever premise! Whisk your way through classic texts, picking words to complete phrases. There are several entertaining game modes, and challenges to be undertaken: Think you know your Shakespeare cold? Well, try getting every word right (or wrong!) as you race through a sonnet with the clock ticking. There's plenty of sly humour built into the alternative answers, too. Great for little bursts of literary fun.
