Needs to support more than just major banks

This'll work well if you bank at a major institution in Canada.

There are a lot of banks in Canada which don't support Visa/MasterCard debit. Apple Pay is a great option to have - but banks that don't support Visa/MasterCard debit, also don't support in-app Apple Pay (even if they support POS Apple Pay) think Simplii, Alterna, Tangerine, Desjardins the list goes on.

Interac Online is only supported by a handful of banks in Canada as well. If you supported Interac E-transfer as an option that would be different, almost every bank supports that!

Your major competitor (starts with Transferw...) offers direct debit from most Canadian institutions using standard transit, institution and account numbers for banks. This allows people who don't bank with one of the major 5 banks to be able to send money abroad.

Consider adding direct debit or Interac e-transfer as a payment option from Canada and I bet you'd see a bigger usage base here!

Lovely lovely app. Although it would’ve been nice to get some kind of upfront disclaimer about how using apple pay (link to your credit card) would result in cash advance fee(s).
