Ratings and Reviews
Handy for cross-border travellers
Provides info on border wait times northbound AND southbound. You can also view updated images from highway cams and get live traffic info for major routes. Great for road trips!
Thanks for the ads
Thanks for the ads, I'm uninstalling this app. Banner ads take up way too much screen real estate. There are other ways to raise revenue. It doesn't seem "official" for a government app to be full of ads
Needs to Keep it Real
At first glance, the app looks like it was written in 2007. Just look at the pinstripes background, the navigation buttons, the progress bar, and the pull to update control. Everything in the interface mimics the iOS look, but they are all a little bit off, so the app looks and feels like a knock-off product.
Instead of trying so hard to reinvent the wheel, why not go back to basics, and use standard UIKit widgets. If an app is not delivering a good native experience, you'd be better off writing a good web app.
By the way, some icons are still blurry after the latest update.
