Yale Secure App does not locate or connect to Yale Assure Lock

Very frustrating experience after trying multiple times to connect to my home network using Bluetooth. The app cannot locate the Assure lock and does not provide any further information other than directing you to enter a master pin, gear, plus #, gear, #, gear and then states it is complete. The app screen still remains blank with the same directions. Also, trying to connect the lock with Apple home app is impossible as it does not recognize the accessory setup code. Would love this to work!

Buggy app

Keeps crashing on my iPhone. Have deleted and reinstalled multiple times.

Worst app in the world - won’t update locks

Running the latest iOS on the latest iPhone, and most current app version: no matter how many times I try, I cannot update any of my smart locks when it tells me there are updates available. I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps and it’s still unresolved. My locks were over $250 on the Canadian Apple Store… what a scam
