Essential App for YTT or Personal Practice
I discovered YogaRenew through my 200-hour yoga teacher training program and took advantage of a fantastic promotional offer for a one-year subscription. This app has been incredibly valuable, providing content that aligns perfectly with my training. The asana practices follow the same model taught in the course, which has been instrumental in helping me practice and embody what I’m learning.
I love the variety of options available—whether it’s Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, or Restorative yoga, I can choose the type of practice, the duration, and even specify the teacher I want to follow. The app also offers some neat short free courses, which are a great bonus.
Overall, Yoga Renew has been a key tool in my yoga teacher training journey. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to deepen their practice or become a yoga instructor!
