Cheap, does its job

A relatively cheap but effective device for those that don't want to shell out $300 for a Fitbit. It has the most basic features, including step count and sleep monitoring (albeit it only measures Awake, Light Sleep and Deep Sleep modes). The sensors can be quite inaccurate, especially for detecting heart rate though. (Not that it's a crucial feature.)

Would recommend for those that are interested in gathering data about personal habits and setting goals for self improvement.

Works better than MiFit app

The app works better than Mi Fit. It allows to edit sleep time. It connects faster to Mi Band and doesn’t drain the battery. It also supports IOS 12 on IPhone 6. Thank you
