Version 2.1 of Agility Mobile introduces key new features and enhancements throughout the App. This release introduces the ability to raise a helpdesk request using triage questions, improvements to the hazard workflow with enhanced visibility of hazardous routesheet items, improvements to fault code assignment which now allows multiple fault groups and codes to be selected upon job completion. The follow on job form has also been updated, enabling users to amend the asset of their follow on job directly from the form. This release also introduces updates to the asset search experience, support to allow issuing of negative stock, and various UI improvements. In addition, several platform-specific bugs and usability issues have been resolved.

Agility Mobile V2.0.1 introduces performance improvements and refinements, addressing several minor bugs to enhance the user experience and overall app performance.

This release involves significant backend updates to the App’s technology stack; users may notice a few tweaks to the App’s interface however all existing functionality remains unchanged. The few UI tweaks in this release are aimed at enhancing user experience and aligning with modern standards.

Agility Mobile version 1.33 includes the second phase of Crowdsourcing; users can now send jobs out via Crowdsourcing using a users location, service and tag. This version also includes improvements to the routesheet functionality, the ability to manage users through external ID providers, and UI improvements throughout the App. Crowdsourcing P2: Jobs can now be sent out as crowdsourcing using the additional user checks: Select a user using location Select a user using services Select a user using tags A new page has been added to the App for users using the location user check, mobile users can view the zone they are currently assigned to and update their location via the App This Zone selection page can be configured on/off via the Admin Portal. By default, this is switched off Notification improvements When repeat notification is enabled for CS jobs, these repeat notifications will group within your device's notification center and hide duplicates Routesheet enhancements: Users can now save in progress routesheet checklists If there is more than one checklist attached to the routesheet item, users can now back and forth between each checklist, in sequential order. You can now assign different sound notifications to different job types. This feature can be used to configure the sounds that alert about new jobs assigned to the user from Agility. In "Your jobs", you can now tap on the asset to view a history of the jobs created against that asset. You can also tap on the location to view the history of the jobs that have been created against that location. You can now view in the app the site, location and sublocation of an asset under a specific header; Corrected the UI of the "Search asset" pages across the app; Made the log in details case insensitive

If you arrive at a job and realize that the asset is incorrect, you can now "Amend the asset". You can access this functionality from an active job. Fixed a bug that caused the app to stall while displaying the job list Corrected the UI of the "Asset detail" pages across the app Improved the security of the app

You can now "Transfer a job" to a co-worker. You can also select a Standard Job when creating a Follow On Job. Fixed a bug that caused an 'unknown error’ to appear when searching for an asset with ‘null’ in ‘obsolete’ or ‘not available' fields. Fixed a bug that caused a Job Completion to fail when fault code was not mandatory. Corrected UI so that the "Add attachment" button could be fully visible.

This hotfix release fixed a bug that affected the fault code whereby if the fault code is not mandatory and it is not entered by the user, the system failed to complete the job.

You can now create a work order from a standard job.  Attachments: fixed a few issues such as attachment order and UI inconsistencies.

You can now create a follow on job from an existing job and decide to assign it to yourself or send the job to the job pool. When assigned to self, the follow on job will appear in "Your Jobs". Fixed a bug that allowed you to create a job against an obsolete/not available for WO asset(s). Reviewed and adjusted inconsistencies in the route sheet functionality

Now the administrator of Agility can configure the application through web browser access to display or hide features within Available Jobs, Issue and Return parts and Search Assets, or turn on and off functionalities such as Add a co-worker, Add time manually, Create a new job and Create a request. Through the configurability admin portal it is now possible to configure the display of the asset, the default job sort order as well as available jobs default search criteria.

Now the user is able to see the "Scheduled date" and "Start date" directly from the job card without having to tap on it. Now the user is able to see the "Start date" directly from the available job card without having to tap on it. Fixed various bugs.

You are now able to sort the available Jobs by different parameters. You are now able to sort your list of jobs using parameters such as response date, start date, due date, scheduled date, priority, job ID, status, description, asset, job type, and location. Stop job completion if attached route sheet is not completed. You can no longer process route sheet items if job is not in "Active" status. Search through route sheet items either by entering keywords or scanning an assets barcode. The height of the container for adding a message to a co-worker is now responsive. Fixed 7 bugs

If you need help with one of your jobs, you can now request a colleague to assist you by sending a request in the form of a notification. Your colleague has the option to accept or reject the Request, and you will receive a notification back informing you of their decision. At any time you can see the status of a request with the option to withdraw, re-send or send another request.
