Quote on site, get it signed on the screen, invoice in one tap. Built for electricians, HVAC techs, plumbers and every trade in between. AmpQuote does four things for tradespeople and small crews — quote, signature, invoice and payment tracking — and nothing else, so a quote takes under a minute on site. QUOTE ON SITE • Pick your trades — electrical, HVAC, plumbing, handyman, painting, roofing, carpentry — and start from a price book of common tasks for each. Fill in your own rates once. • Pick a client or add one on the spot, tap the tasks, and adjust quantities with big buttons. • Subtotal, discount, tax and total update as you go. SIGNED ON THE SCREEN • Your client signs with a finger or Apple Pencil and types their name. • The signed quote is locked: signature, name, date and totals can't be changed afterwards. • AmpQuote keeps the signed PDF with a SHA-256 fingerprint and shows that the document is unchanged whenever you reopen it. Need changes? Create a revision; the original is kept. INVOICE IN ONE TAP • Turn an accepted quote into an invoice with one tap and send it as a PDF through Mail, Messages or any app in the share sheet. You review everything before it's sent. • PDFs carry your logo, licence number, line items, totals, terms and, if you add one, your own payment link as a printed address and a QR code. • Record part and full payments; the status updates itself. Sent invoices are voided, never deleted, so your records stay complete. KNOW WHAT'S OWED • The home screen shows quotes awaiting an answer, unpaid invoices and overdue invoices, each one tap from the list behind it. • Overdue is worked out from the due date in your own time zone. ALSO • Job photos on quotes and invoices, optionally added to the PDF. • Accountant export: CSV files of invoices and payments for any date range. • Export everything as one ZIP file, or erase everything, at any time. • Optional App Lock with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. • Built for iPad too: a split view, keyboard shortcuts and multiple windows. • Works fully offline. With iCloud on, your records sync to your other devices through your own iCloud account. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS AmpQuote has no server and no account. Your records live on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account. We can't see them. No ads, no tracking, no analytics. SUBSCRIPTION AmpQuote Pro is an auto-renewable subscription: monthly or yearly, each with a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase (after the trial, if you have one). It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Without a subscription AmpQuote is free for 3 new quotes a month, including sending, signing, invoicing and payments, and everything you create stays yours. You set the tax rate yourself and are responsible for using the correct one; AmpQuote doesn't include tax tables or give tax advice.
