How it works: • Swipe a category to the right • Tap the last icon • A popup sheet appears showing all tasks in that category • Drag tasks into any order you want This gives you full control over how tasks are ordered inside each category. • New Feature: AI Assistant (AI Wizard Update) We’ve added a new AI Assistant to help you create better prompts for the AI Wizard. How to use it: • Tap the Prompt Assistant button • A chat-style popup opens • Describe what you’re trying to do, for example:
“Checklist for an overnight backpacking trip” • The assistant asks a few follow-up questions to gather details • A complete prompt is generated and placed back into the AI Wizard This conversational approach makes creating AI-powered checklists easier and more intuitive, with more improvements planned in the future.

Whenever someone shares a task with you, you’ll receive a real-time push notification so nothing slips through the cracks—perfect for families, teams, or anyone collaborating on checklists. • Controlled Task Sharing You now have full control over who can share tasks with you. In your Profile, there’s a new Approved Users section. Add trusted people there, and only those users will be able to send tasks your way. This keeps your workflow clean and secure. • Category Reordering Organize your task categories exactly the way you want them. Open Organize Categories from the menu, then drag and reorder them to match your workflow. Cleaner categories = faster navigation. Fixes Resolved issue where deleted shared tasks were not syncing correctly.
