Manage your queue with an app, without your customers having to download it (or even have a phone).
-Connect a display to your dedicated page, to show people the progress of the queue and the numbers called.
-You can also integrate your “physical” ticket dispenser. Insert the ticket numbers in you App Queues, to add them to the rest of the bookings.
-In case your Clients will use CodaComoda too, they will receive a notification when their turn approaches, so in the meantime they can go and do other things.
-You can make people book from your shop location, with a QR code, and also allow reservations directly from the App, with a simple click.
Why is CodaComoda different from other queue management apps?
In the other apps, the customer must have installed the app on their phone. While with CodaComoda you can also enter those who cannot or do not want to install the application.
How is CodaComoda different from the new "physical" queue management systems?
In stores that do not use mobile applications to manage their queues, other technological systems are used, for example a device that is physically delivered to the customer at the time of his order, who can put it in his pocket and then leave the store, knowing that a beep will alert him of his turn. The limitation of this system is that it does not allow to go too far from the store, and not even the booking from home.
With CodaComoda there are no problems to leave the store, the App will warn in time when the customer's turn is coming, allowing him to return to the store in time. And, if you wish, you can have customers book directly from the app.
