Collecty
Collect it all, find it all
Free · In-App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Stop scattering notes across ten different apps.
Collecty is where everything you want to keep ends up: a quick note, a link, a photo, a file, a recording, an event. Tap +, choose what to save, and each thing becomes a card on your board, ready when you need it again.
COLLECT ANYTHING
Written notes, links, images, PDFs and documents, voice notes, events. Save from other apps with the iOS share sheet: whatever you're reading lands in Collecty without leaving where you are. Tap a saved link to see its preview right away: image, description, tags and colors.
FIND IT BY TAG AND BY COLOR
AI tags everything you save and reads the colors of your photos, drawings, links and files. With Explore, pick a topic, slide across the rainbow, and your collection lines up by the color you have in mind: that green sofa, that red photo, that recipe you saw weeks ago.
INSPIRATION FROM THE WEB
From the color or tag you're looking at, find similar photos on the web and save them in one tap, with the photographer's credit. Or run the same search on Pinterest, Instagram, X and TikTok, or look up an image with Google Lens.
AN EDITOR THAT KEEPS UP
Headings and subheadings, bold and italic, bulleted and numbered lists, checklists, tables, images, colors. It saves itself as you type.
ORGANIZE YOUR WAY
Sort things into collections with a name and a color. Pin what matters, and archive what you don't need right now without deleting it. Choose how to see your notes: grid, list or canvas. Select several items at once to move, lock, archive or share them. And search that actually finds things, inside the text of every note.
BRING IN WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE
Import your notes from other apps as Markdown or plain text: Notion, Obsidian, Bear and any app that exports .md or .txt. Export whenever you like as PDF, Markdown or text.
MADE FOR iOS
Liquid Glass design, light and dark themes, iPhone and iPad. Quick to open, easy to use.
COLLECTY PRO
The Pro plan unlocks:
Collecty AI: rewrites, proofreads, summarizes, translates, expands, writes titles and files your notes for you. 100 AI credits a month.
Auto-tagging and Explore: AI tags your collection and reads its colors, so you can find anything by topic and by color.
At a Glance: tags and colors for any item in one panel, with similar items in your collection, similar photos on the web and Google Lens search.
Voice notes: record on the go and turn your voice into text.
Locked notes: protect what nobody else should read with Face ID or Touch ID.
Drawings: a freehand sketch right inside your note.
Shared collections: invite anyone and work together on the same collection.
Apple Calendar: your events alongside your notes, and AI that pulls dates and plans out of your text.
250 GB of storage for your attachments, instead of 5 GB.
Without Pro, Collecty is fully usable: notes, attachments, collections, archive, search, import and export are all included, with 5 GB of storage.
Your subscription renews automatically. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store account settings.

Version 1.2
AI auto-tagging
Collecty tags every item you add and, little by little, the ones you already have. It also builds a color palette for images, drawings, link previews and files.
Explore: search by tag and color
The new advanced search opens from the color wheel in the search bar. Pick a topic, slide to the color you have in mind, and find everything that matches.
At a Glance
Tags and colors for any item in one panel, with quick actions:
• Similar items in your collection
• Similar photos on the web
• Search with Google Lens
• Re-analyze with AI whenever you like
Inspiration from the web
Find photos by tag and color and save them to Collecty in one tap. You can also run the same search on Pinterest, Instagram, X and TikTok.
Link previews
See a link's image, description, tags and colors before you open it.
Archive
Clear things out of the way without deleting them. There's a new Archive section in the sidebar, and you can archive with a swipe.
Item info
Dates, collection, sharing, size, word count and links, all in one panel.
Better multi-select
A new bottom bar to pin, lock, move, archive, rename, copy and share several items at once.
