Bug fixes and Improvements. Fixed an issue that was affecting employees' punches when using the option "Use Mobile device time" and "Photo Required".

In this version, we fixed an issue that prevented employees from clocking in or out when the user was in an overlapping geo fence. An overlapping geo-fence is a geo-fence that is very close to another one, and the geo-fence range configured overlaps with the other. When an employee is in an overlapping geo-fence, they are required to select one of the locations they are close by and one that overlaps with one another. This feature should work with all combinations of clocking in and out. Remember that even if the employee is allowed to punch in all geo-fences, they are still required to select one geo-fence if they are in an overlapping situation.

EasyClocking 1.2 app - Release v1.0.13 In this release, we fixed bugs, made enhancements, and added new features such as the "Questionnaires" and "Employee Timecard Disclaimer Approval". Kindly find the list of items below: New Features / Enhancements 1. Timecard and Timesheets - Ability to see all timecard earning codes in the summary view: We have enhanced the view all of the earning codes which currently appear on an employee’s timecard. 2. Lunch & Break Restrictions - Extended the lunch and break restrictions available for frequency and lapse breaks. 3. “Questionnaire” - Extended to work in the new EC 1.2 mobile application: The questionnaire feature is now supported in the new mobile application EasyClocking 1.2. 4. "Employee Disclaimer Approval" - Extended this feature to work in this new version. Previously this was only working in the web portal. 5. Timesheets - Ability to see "Comp Time" totals in the earnings summary view for timesheets employees Bugs 1. Job Tracking - Incorrect unassigned projects and jobs are showing up when creating a new timesheet entry as an admin or as an employee: The user only sees and selects the projects and jobs assigned to them. 2. Breaks / Job Tracking - When coming back from a break with a job code, the job code never makes it to the timecard 3. Timesheet employees - Employee location and the department will be selected automatically when adding a timesheet entry: In this new version, we applied the same behavior as in the web app where it automatically selects these fields when entering a new timesheet entry. This will save the user time when creating a new entry. 4. “Period Summary” widget issue: Fixed an issue that leaves the widget to stay loading because there were missing punches. 5. "Clocking Permissions" issue - Corrected an issue where employees were able to clock in and out without having the correct clocking permissions. 6. "Who's In" tab - Fixed an error in the “Who’s In” section: Employees with absences were displaying the incorrect “absence” details when viewing this. 7. "Clocking IN & OUT issue in overlapping Geofences - Corrected an issue when clocking in or out in overlapping geofences. 8. "Geofences" location issue - Geolocation address not showing up on the timecards 9. "Timesheet" Employees - Fix the issue that was not allowing new timesheet employees access to create entries.
