Spectra’s Facility Management App has been designed for commercial multi-tenant building and will work with Spectra’s iApp web application Below are the prime users of the app Facility Admin, one who would manage the facility & its tenants and tenant’s users Tenant Admin, one who would uses offices / spaces owned or rented from building admin End Users, would be employees or staff members of various tenants The app will use BLE / RFID as user identity to gain facility access while for visitor QR code would be sent outside the application for providing access.
