FitHalo combines all of your workout activity into a single weekly score. You set your weekly goal. Use your FitHalo score to track your own progress or compete in fitness challenges with friends.
Workout activities earn you points. Log workouts with FitHalo or any other fitness apps, smart watches, or pieces of exercise equipment that log data to Apple Health will accumulate points. Performing a variety of workout types will earn you extra points. Consider including strength, cardio, and flexibility activities in your routine.
Consistency and intensity also earn you bonus points. Performing workouts daily and performing workouts that elevate your heart rate will grant additional points. Always make sure your workouts are safe and comfortable. Consult with healthcare professionals before beginning any new exercise routine.
FitHalo offers a number of other great features that make it a truly versatile fitness tracker:
• Unique Workout Types: Perform rucking, weighted vest, stroller, sauna, and cold plunge workouts. FitHalo tracks these workouts without negatively affecting your Cardio Fitness score in Apple Health.
• Bluetooth Fitness Equipment Support: Integrate directly with your exercise bikes, treadmills, walking pads, and other equipment that supports the Fitness Machine Service (FTMS) protocol.
• Apple Watch Support: FitHalo’s watchOS app offers fully customizable workout displays. It also features complications to keep track of your challenge score.
• Weight Tracking: Track your weight progress with useful tools for reporting BMI and weight change. FitHalo even projects your estimated weight change over the next month.
• Workout Insights: FitHalo provides rich insights into your workouts, including custom metrics like terrain and weight load for some of its workout types.
• Route Mapping: FitHalo maps your workout routes and shows how much effort you applied at every stage.
• Effort Tracking: Support for Apple's effort scoring system ensures that FitHalo works with Apple Fitness's "Training Load" feature.
• Heart Rate Zones: See your heart rate zones live during a workout, or review them afterward. FitHalo allows you to use both Heart Rate Max (HRMax) and Heart Rate Reserve (HRR) zone formulas.
• Customizable Metrics: Choose exactly which workout metrics are visible, and in what order — on both iOS and watchOS.
• Splits: Get alerted, and analyze your performance, on intervals of distance or time.
• FTP-Based Cycling Zones: Track cycling workout zones based on your functional threshold power. Automatically synchronize your FTP from other Health-connected apps, or set it manually.
• Trend Data: Easily track trends over time in exercise minutes, step count, and your challenge scores.
