What is FleetFORMZ? FleetFORMZ is a customizable, mobile data collection system offered by Fleetilla. It allows organizations to easily automate manual steps and create electronic versions of various paper forms such as equipment inspection reports, accident reports, fuel purchases, customer visit forms, etc. Data collected via FleetFORMZ can be viewed, compiled and analyzed along with fleet telematics data in Fleetilla’s Fleet Management system. Due to the tight integration with fleet telematics systems, data such as odometer, VIN#, location, equipment groups, etc. can be made available while filling out mobile forms in the field. FleetFORMZ allows collection of data such as Barcodes, QR Codes, photographs, etc. from the field. All form submissions can include GPS Location and Timestamp. What are some example use cases where FleetFORMZ can be used? Proof of Delivery, Accident Reports, Expense Reports, Driver Inspection Reports, and Fuel Purchases are some of the areas where FleetFORMZ can be used. NOTE: 1. A subscription to Fleetilla's Fleet Management system is required for use of FleetFORMZ. 2. FleetFORMZ uses GPS location data from the mobile device being used.
