GPGU, founded in 1984, has developed numerous congresses since its foundation and has multiple scientific works carried out:
- Publications
- Papers submitted and approved at international congresses
- Training Meetings
- Clinical Sessions in Public Hospitals.
It currently has 350 permanent members from various specialties and has a strategic international participation in SUAG, EORTC, EAU AUA, ASCO.
It has also promoted specific events with the presence of members of the most distinguished hospitals at national and international level.
It has developed plans in a systematic way with dissemination at the conferences promoted by the G.P.G.U.
