HELLO is a visitor and contractor access management solution designed to be fully integrated and complimentary to the technologies securing the estate or facility. Efficient with highly flexible configurability and an easy-to-use platform, HELLO enhances security and safety protocols while creating a positive and convenient experience for residents to effortlessly invite their visitors. Visitors enjoy a polished and professional estate experience from beginning to end with a branded personalised invite, a friendly streamlined check-in process at the estate gates, turn-by-turn navigation link to their host’s location, and a no fuss exit.
Through the use of integrated technologies to automate repetitive manual processes, facilities on estates can also seamlessly invite and manage groups of visitors without the cumbersome need to manually verify access requirements with Security, thus reducing congestion at the estate entry points.
Stringent access rules manage ad-hoc contractors and delivery visitor access to mitigate the higher security risk. Access to specific gates only, exit checks or access to the estate for a limited period of time can be applied to these visitor groups.
HELLO’s real time analytics dashboard and comprehensive integrated reporting enables the estate and its security managers to have detailed insight to transactions and events, as well statistical information such as visitor volumes at specifics gates during peak times to efficiently manage their security workforce and visitor management workflows. This PoPI compliant information is also available to be exported for Microsoft BI reporting used for marketing purposes or estate expansion methodologies.
