We are an Auckland based gym specialising in group strength and fitness training for the whole family - from kids to adults, mums and dads.
Our aim is to educate our members in both exercise and nutrition so they can achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
With our Holistic Health Community app, you can join our community from anywhere in the world, and work with our coaches to develop a personalised and holistic health programme. You can track nutrition intake, meal plans, see workout routines, and book into the gym sessions at any of our local venues.
