Fix a couple of annoying crashes.

Massive bug fixes in the face of iOS 7, now much more stable and useful for reading iTeX documents, and as a PDF reader.

Various minor bug fixes, and corrections to URL input and processing.

Major additions: iTeX is now a PDF reader as well as iTeX documents. There is a text search function, and various links are displayed and honored. New double-fingered navigation helps explore these links without losing your place. Numerous upgrades and bug fixes, and probably a few new bugs. Works with IOS7.

The app now knows about and follows links to URLs, footnotes, chapters, etc., stuff that pdflatex and hyerref generate. Document order in the main library listing can now be modified. Several bug fixes, including a page-turning problem, are fixed. The translators, especially for arXiv are much improved, and work about 90% of the time.

- Now supports page position data, so changes in version or orientation move to the right page. - Updated translation service does a much better job, especially on arXiv documents. - Translated source versions of Project gutenberg texts now available, and hand-edited updates are welcome - Several minor bug fixes in the app regarding download processing.

- Full resolution text, which is a sharp as it is supposed to be on the new retina iPad. - Change to next or previous page by tapping near the edge, as many readers do. - Navigation improvements in the libraries: it remembers where you were when you last translated a document. - Experimental server translation improved to better ignore exisiting original size changes.

Translation interface improvements, including a progress bar. Cleaner interaction with the iTeX translation server, which has many improvements, especially for non-English Project Gutenberg entries.

Much easier to select an arXiv document: touch any version and it will attempt to translate the correct source code. Several minor display bug fixes. Also cleaned up related LaTeX translation server code, and updated documentation.

iTeX now accepts simpler bundles, with documents in PDF formatted for the iPad. There is now a browser and experimental automated translation service for Project Gutenberg and arXiv documents. There are also bug fixes, and code refactoring preparing for new features and the next iPad.
