Bug fixes: * Buttons not displaying * Popup messages not disappearing when you tap "OK"

Added support for creating cards using Tasks, such as "Create a task Testing 3 2 1 in Kanbann", since Notes no longer work on the Apple Watch. There is now a small annual subscription to unlock creating/modifying notes and tasks. If you've ever given a tip in the app then this should unlock automatically. Let me know what you think (damian@kanbann.com).

Added Tip Jar to the phone as well as the watch, to make it easier to use.

Bug Fix for an error loading boards that are not using regular card aging.

Bug fix for an error some people experienced after logging in: "Error fetching profile: The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format"

* Fixed a bug where the tip jar did not always load first time under the Settings page in the watch app; * You can now provide feedback when submitting a log under the Settings page in the watch app; * Added a Refresh button on the watch login screen in case you are not automatically logged in when you login on your phone.

This is a re-write of the app. A big change is that there is now no Premium in-app purchase, instead there is a tip-jar if you feel so inclined. The UI has changed a little to bring it in line with Apple's latest recommendations: rather than hard-pressing the screen instead pull down on a page to reveal a button to add a new card, for example.
