MDSUTLog is an e-log book application designed for medical students at Suranaree University of Technology, Thailand. The students can easily record their patients and activities with its simple-to-use interface and enhance their self-reflection with many supporting features. The responsible students must be aware that any information involving patients is confidential. This application is a part of the academic program provided by the university. The service is paid by the university. However, it can be used as a generic logbook for general users. To obtain the account, please contact the administrative office at the faculty of medicine, Suranaree University of Technology. The application is designed and developed by Deverhood Co.,Ltd.
