We curated this set for broad availability, reliable nutrition research, and a focused variety that’s easy to use. When signed into iCloud, your data may sync across your Apple devices—we don't control or access it. You can delete your data at any time from Settings → Data Management: choose what to remove (intake logs, reminders, preferences, favorites, allergies) and purge permanently. In Settings you can also choose light, dark, or system theme and your preferred weight unit (grams or ounces). If iCloud sync fails, a retry option is available. No ads, no tracking, no data sold.
