Nutriplix is an app for people with rare metabolic diseases. It helps users track the amino acid content of the foods they eat, similar to a calorie tracker. Users can enter their meals, and the app automatically calculates amino acid values using a comprehensive food database based on FDC (FoodData Central API). Nutriplix also saves dietary history, allowing users to monitor their intake over time. By simplifying amino acid tracking, the app helps users stay aware of their diet and maintain consistency with their nutritional needs.
The app provides support for Phenylketonuria (PKU), Maple Syrup Urine Disease (MSUD), Tyrosinemia Type I, and Homocystinuria.
