This build adds to our 1.3 'Expressive MIDI' release, with fixes and enhancements: • Improved Sound Quality - Playtonik now plays all samples at 44.1kHz. • Performance Improvements - lowered cpu usage and friendlier use of memory to keep things smooth. • FIXED: Bluetooth MIDI Button was sometimes hard to tap. • FIXED: Duplicate connected MIDI devices would cause MIDI to fail. • FIXED: Stopping Looper would not properly send a MIDI off message.

The Expressive MIDI release! Features & Enhancements: • Play with more expression - added varying velocity via the on screen keyboard. Touch the bottom of the key for a quiet note or the top of the key for a loud note. • Enhanced Dynamics - Note velocity now affects behaviour, for a more dynamic sound. High velocity notes play louder when bouncing. Low velocity notes play quieter when bouncing. • Popcorn tweaks - Note popping has been reduced for a more controlled sound. In hold mode, popping notes use their initial velocity to control the strength of the pop. • Improved Keyboard visuals - keys now show the velocity of the notes played and all notes triggered to help see which notes are active in the shape. • Shape and Sound Updates - Octahedron and Icosahedron sounds has been reworked to be more playable across all octaves. • More music modes - Added Oriental, Pentatonic Flat 6, Pelog and Persian scales. The list has also been sorted for easier navigation. • Looper haptic feedback. Feel the countdown through haptics, so you know when to start playing. • Added ‘All’ MIDI Channel input to enable note input from MPE keyboards like Osmose/ROLI • Looper now persists the loop between sessions. • Help overlays are prettier!
