What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM card that is pre-installed in your phone or tablet. You no longer need to insert a plastic SIM card.
With SimWallet, you download an eSIM profile onto your device. This way, you use one eSIM for mobile data on your trip, while keeping your regular SIM card and phone number. This means you can:

- stay reachable on your own number via your regular SIM
How does SimWallet work?
1. Download the SimWallet app
2. Choose your destination and data bundle
3. Choose how many days you want to be online.
4. Install your eSIM
5. Follow the steps in the app to add your eSIM to your device.
6. Activate on arrival
7. Switch on your eSIM, turn on mobile data for the eSIM, and you are online straight away (or, if you switch it on beforehand, the eSIM will automatically activate when you land).
You will be ready in about 3 minutes.
Good to know: when your bundle ends, it stops automatically. You are not tied to anything and only renew if you want to.
