Fix for a crash-on-launch issue

iOS 10 compatibility fixes and other bug fixes

Fixed an issue with redirection from the Spotfire Web Player URL. Prior to version 7.5 the URL was http://'Spotfire Web Player hostname'/SpotfireWeb/, in version 7.5 and later, the URL is http://'Spotfire Server hostname'/spotfire/wp/

Fixed a problem causing an error message to appear in the app when you try to connect to Spotfire library using http:// that is authenticated by Siteminder or another SSO system redirected to a secure server (https://)

Issues fixed: - The support log is no longer localized; rather, it appears in English only, for the exception of pre-localized iOS messages that might be included. - The analysis screen now adapts to fit the available size when the device split screen feature is used. - The activity spinner is now more noticeable while the app loads folder contents in the library. - The loading alert could sometimes persist when the app attempted to load an analysis from the smart app banner on a Spotfire Web Player page. - When accessing a server with a specific type of configuration, the app would crash when the user tapped the action button in the analysis view. - Passwords could be logged in the app support log as clear text for some server redirections, which could occur while connecting to a Spotfire Server. - The app would fail while attempting to open an analysis that took a long time to load.
