Tenants will have instant access to their Lease contract information on their mobile app anywhere and anytime. Tenants can view unit details, lease Contract with Payment Details and other documents, submit maintenance requests and check their request status in real time. They can also raise a Maintenance Request using the mobile app against their Unit and Property. It also shows the details of the leasing Contract with all the payments done and due. They will also be notified about any announcements made by the builder and also remind them priorly about the upcoming due dates and payments to be done. Tenants can also fill the Survey against the Maintenance Service with their remarks or further concerns.
