【概要】
「THP+」とは、在宅医療連携拠点をサポートするための情報共有アプリです。
在宅医療連携拠点が抱える以下の問題・課題を解消し、在宅医療をバックアップします。
・多職種での患者情報の共有方法
・在宅医療連携を統括する拠点のキーパーソンの膨大な業務
・多職種間での連携がうまくいかない（コミュニケーション不足など）
・在宅医療において多職種連携する上での知識不足、スキル不足
【主な機能】
「THP+」の主な機能は以下の通りです。

【セキュリティ】
「THP+」では、個人認証用のID・パスワードの他、システムの利用環境・運用環境などに合わせ、様々なセキュリティ対策が構築可能です。
基本的には、以下の2通りのセキュリティ対策をご用意しております。
・SSL：Secure Sockets Layer（暗号化プロトコル）による暗号化通信
・VPN：Virtuel Private Network（仮想プライベートネットワーク）の利用

「THP+」体験版もご用意しております。ご利用をご検討の方はお問合せ先までご連絡ください。
「THP+」をご利用するためには、ホストアドレスの設定が必要です。ホストアドレスの設定はログイン画面（最初に起動する画面）の右上「歯車マーク」から行います。
ホストアドレスとは、インターネット上の専用サーバーの問合せ先を指します。専用サーバーは、弊社がご提供することも可能です。また独自にご準備いただく
ことも可能です。
