Download the app and sign up to discover all the services that WROOM has to offer.
With WROOM, you can view the available charging stations in your area, select the one you prefer, get guided to the site where the chosen charging station is located, choose the plug suitable for your electric car, select the duration of the charge you want to carry out, choose the payment method, and start the charge. With WROOM, you pay for the charge directly with your credit card in complete autonomy, without the need to use an RFID card or subscribe to any charging service.
Every charge you make will be saved in the payments section, where you can view the payment receipt, save it on your phone, or send it via message, WhatsApp, email, etc.
WROOM's customer service is simple and immediate, designed to answer any questions and solve any issues instantly. At WROOM, we believe strongly in a green world, and that’s why with WROOM, you’ll receive one hour of free charging every day to use at all WROOM charging stations.
