Youtello seamlessly integrates with Phonero or Telia Bedriftsnett for optimal performance and functionality. "Access vital customer information before responding..." Receive push notifications with details about the customer's last interaction, the nature of their inquiry, and who they were in touch with. "Always remember to return calls..." If you're occupied when a customer calls, simply click on "Call back later" in the quick menu. An SMS will be sent to the customer, notifying them that they will be contacted again. Simultaneously, a "Call back" task will be automatically created and added to your task list under "Activities." "Ensure important messages are noticed..." By marking a message as important, it will have a distinct sound and vibration pattern, and the text will appear in red in the message thread.
