Bad experience, lowest rating

Really bad app experience after I purchased all day workout practices - a constant URL error message appears when trying to open the videos. Attempt to send a message via contact us got returned unsent.

I will be disputing the payment and if - rating exists, I would give this for experience, customer support and usability.
