Absturz nach UPdate
Seit dem Update vom 5.12.2020 stürzt die App auf meinem iPad iOS 9.3.6 nur dauern ab (nach dem Starten der App wird nur noch ein weisser Bildschirm mit dem NEO-Log angezeigt, dieser verschwindet nach Carl. 2 Sek., dann wird nichts mehr angezeigt). Ich war zuvor mit der App sehr zufrieden, hoffe deshalb auf ein baldiges Update mit der entsprechenden Fehlerbehebung.
Durch den Rollback vom 21.01.2921 funktioniert die App wieder wie vorher!

Hallo wb0318, die neuste Änderung an der App, die wir aufgrund der neuen Vorgaben vom Appstore machen mussten, ist leider nicht kompatibel mit iOS 9 und 10. Daher kam es mit älteren iOS-Versionen zu Problemen. Du kannst aber jetzt ein Rollback auf die Version 1.770 machen - diese funktioniert mit deinem iPad. Dafür musst die die App über "Käufe" einfach neu installieren. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn Du Deine Bewertung anpassen könntest, wenn die App bei Dir wieder funktioniert. Liebe Grüße, Mona
Stürtzt ständig ab
Ich betreibe die Aktuelle Version auf einem Ipad 2 mit der neusten IOS Version. Die App kakt jedoch ständig ab, echt mühsam. Das Tablet hängt seit Jahren als Dashboard an der Wand aber so unbrauchbar

hattest Du ein iOS 9 oder iOS 10 Gerät? Diese alten iOS-Versionen sind mit neuen CREATOR-Versionen nicht kompatibel. Hier ist inzwischen ein Rollback auf die App-Version 1.770 möglich. Dafür musst Du die App über "Käufe" einfach neu installieren.
