Bitte schnellstmöglich nachbessern
Als Neukunde der AKB bin ich sehr enttäuscht von der iOS App.
Copy/Paste von IBANs ist nicht möglich, keine Integration mit TWINT vorhanden, Kontoüberträge funktionieren nicht in Echtzeit und schon gar nicht am Wochenende, mit der Debit-Mastercard getätigte Transaktionen werden erst Tage später in der E-Banking App abgebucht, etc.
Kurz gesagt, die E-Banking Lösung und insbesondere die iOS App der AKB sind ungenügend.
Einzig absolute Grundaufgaben funktionieren bei der AKB App. Die Funktionalität und Usability hinken der Konkurrenz um Jahre hinterher.
Das können andere Banken (z.B. Raiffeisen) viel besser. Bitte schaut doch dort mal etwas ab und verbessert die App.
Ich habe bereits im Dezember 2020 ein vergleichbares Feedback gegeben. Leider wurde die App zuletzt vor 4 Monaten aktualisiert. Das ist nicht zeitgemäss in Zeiten von DevOps-Methodologie.
Saldo / Cockpit Funktionen
Ich bin neu bei der AKB. Die App Ansicht ist ja nicht schlecht aber es ist schade, dass man das aktuell Saldo nicht sofort sieht. Auch beim bearbeiten des Cockpits, werden die Einstellungen nicht übernommen. Bei meiner alten Bank hatte ich das Problem nicht. Ich hoffe, dass das auch hier in geringerer zeit der fall sein wird.

Fehlende Funktionen
es fehlen immer noch Funktionen wie Touch ID, Benachrichtigungen, Standorte der Banken, Währungsrechner usw. All das können andere ebanking Apps (zb NAB)
Glaub ich muss die Bank wechseln...
Sollte eigentlich 2018 zum Standard gehören! Login ist immer noch nicht sicher, nur mit User und Passwort möglich, kein SMS code?!
