The B7 app is a very distinctive sports app for men and women that provides the user with all the exercises that target all the muscles of the body. It includes home exercises using simple tools, and it includes exercises in gyms using special devices and equipment. These exercises have been scientifically and professionally approved, and the carefully crafted instructions for these exercises are compatible with 3D animation. The dimensions explain the mechanism of performing each exercise in the optimal way, and thus you get a unique and easy experience to obtain the ideal body and build strong and beautiful muscles based on sound scientific and mathematical foundations. The application also features the ability for the user to create a special schedule for himself and for the period he specifies so that he can follow his exercises on a regular basis, and he can share his schedule with another user by sending it to his friend. Also, through this feature, the coach can communicate with his players and send them the appropriate exercises in an ideal and understandable way that helps them perform the exercises.
