TOURNAMENTS THAT ACTUALLY WORK
Single elimination with seeding, byes, and best-of-N series (best of 3, 5, 7). Round robin with live standings. Visual bracket tree with auto-advance. ELO-based seeding so top players don't meet in round 1. Share the bracket as an image with one tap.
DOUBLES + MULTIPLAYER
Form teams of two for tennis doubles, golf best-ball, bowling, cornhole — anything. Free-for-all matches up to 8 players with proper pairwise ELO updates. Join a friend's match in person via Bluetooth + Wi-Fi (no internet needed) and bring your real ELO with you.
POSTGAME MOMENTS
Confetti, ELO milestone celebrations (cross 1500, 2000, 2400), trash-talk lines, signed scorecards, photos and notes per match, auto-generated share cards for iMessage. Year in Review dashboard. Charts of your ELO over time and head-to-head records.
iOS-NATIVE
Live Activities show your in-progress score on the lock screen and Dynamic Island. Home screen widgets show your overall ELO and recent matches. Siri shortcuts for "what's my Brackdown score." AR scoreboard projects the live score onto your court or table.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Everything is on your device. iCloud sync is optional and yours. No accounts, no servers, no analytics, no ads. Profiles only sync when you explicitly share them.

Hotfix:
- Friends invite link now actually opens to a profile sheet where you can add the person — was silently dropping you on the home screen.
- Made the invite link tiny so it fits in iMessage. Old link encoded your whole profile into the URL; new link is just a short reference.
