Every location gets a full demographic profile with key figures at a glance and detailed breakdowns across six categories: People, Economy, Housing, Education, Health, and Commute. Search across 30,000+ geographies by name, including "Austin, TX" style shortcuts. Find exactly what you need in seconds. ASK CENSA Have a question about Census data? Just ask. Censa includes a built-in AI assistant powered by Apple Intelligence that can look up demographics, compare places, and rank states by any metric, all in plain conversation. Requires a device that supports Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or later, iPad or Mac with M1 or later). RANK LOCATIONS BY ANY METRIC Which counties have the highest median income? Which cities have the lowest rent? Choose from 25 demographic variables and instantly see ranked results with visual comparison bars. Sort highest-first or lowest-first. Rankings are available at every geography level, and you can filter by state for counties and cities. COMPARE SIDE BY SIDE Add up to four locations and see them charted together across key metrics: population, income, home value, rent, and age. Mix geography types or keep it consistent. Remove and swap locations as you go. Your comparison slots persist between sessions. TWO DATA VINTAGES Toggle between 2023 ACS 5-Year Estimates (2019-2023) and 2024 ACS 5-Year Estimates (2020-2024) with a single tap. Use the latest data for current analysis or compare vintages to spot trends over time. All profiles, rankings, and comparisons update automatically when you switch.
