Cut Runtime Board is a local timing desk for editors, producers, and post supervisors who need to keep a cut on target without rebuilding totals in a spreadsheet. Create a project, choose the delivery frame rate, set the target runtime, and organize the cut into acts and segments. Each duration uses HH:MM:SS:FF timecode, with current runtime and over-or-under variance updated immediately. What you can do: - Track act and segment durations in frame-aware timecode - Compare the current cut with a target runtime - See over or under time at a glance - Mark picture-lock decisions segment by segment - Review act balance and open timing decisions - Keep editorial notes beside each duration - Share a concise delivery report - Copy CSV rows for a spreadsheet or production archive - Store multiple cuts locally on iPhone or iPad Cut Runtime Board supports 23.98, 24, 25, 29.97, 30, 50, 59.94, and 60 fps timing projects. It is a practical planning and handoff tool; it does not inspect or modify media files, guarantee broadcaster compliance, or replace a nonlinear editor. The app is paid upfront. There is no account, subscription, in-app purchase, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, AI service, or Gobling Company server processing. Projects remain on the device unless the user deliberately shares a report through the system share sheet.
