Fixed an issue where Hardcore Mode could lock you out of Career Mode if entering into a Lightning Mode race under the correct circumstances.

Fixed an issue where players not in hardcore mode were receiving extended repairs when they shouldn't have. Made the fans smarter and they will use better and harsher judgement when booing.

Added a "Hardcore Mode" which is available to turn on during the off season. With Hardcore Mode turned on (checked) you will not be able to restart a race if the game closes for any reason. This is not recommended if you have any crashing issues whatsoever. You can turn on Hardcore Mode only during the offseason in the left panel, tap "Settings" then check the checkbox at the bottom. Hardcore Mode users will have a small badge in their season stats panel. For those not in Hardcore Mode, I've added a restart button to the pause menu. Obviously, there will be no restart button in Hardcore Mode. Updated how AI react to crashes to decrease the likelihood of the user getting slammed by an AI. Two Rookie Rush paint schemes updated.

Users were wrecking too often so I adjusted the impact strength necessary to wreck a user.

In the Settings Menu, Car Details can now be set to "Low" which will reduce the poly count of the cars and improve performance for lower-end or energy efficient devices.

Added the ability to mute the in-game music so users can enjoy their own or listen to a podcast. The checkbox to enable this is at the top of the settings menu. Thanks for the feedback! Adjusted Pro Cup Series physics. Cars can now spin more abruptly due to impacts. The #10 car in the Rookie Rush Series now has a door number on the left side. Made adjustments to the reputation system. Adjusted collision sounds slightly. Adjusted when a driver receives boos after winning a race.

October 9, 2024 Updates: Removed the cheese. Slightly adjusted the rear chase angle so your scoring doesn't obstruct any on-track activity. Reduced the advantage of laying back and getting a massive run on the cars ahead by driving on the apron or through the grass. Added the #96 truck to the Haulin' Truck field for Lightning Mode. Fixed an issue when painting your car for the first time, it wasn't showing the car. Fixed an issue where it was loading the #66 Rookie Rush car in Pro Cup instead of the Pro Cup #66. Fixed an issue where you could accidently not set a car number after getting your new license. Potentially fixed an issue where you would advance two weeks instead of one. Reduced the liklihood of seeing duplicate paint schemes.

The #42 team has entered the Grand National Series. NODA Auto Parts has now rebranded to NODA Brake Pads. Slight adjustments to UI - will work on UI for driving tomorrow to fix overlapping buttons. This adjustment was for the Shop UI.

The game now runs on Unreal Engine 5.4 - there may be some weird quirks, but overall the game should run even better. I noticed a couple of strange camera transitions when loading levels. The sky is now more blue.

You can no longer build a car without naming it. Not naming a car caused issues with the inventory system.

Implemented a save system that will allow players to pick up their race weekend where they left off if they close the app after a race finishes. Adjusted how quickly cars can travel through the grass. Adjusted the drag of cars racing below the yellow line.
