-New Wanderer Camp NPC: the Painter

Improvements:
-Significant performance improvements
-Reworked Earth Runes. All runes have increased damage based on Earth Defense stacks.
-Dialogs can now be skipped

- Fixed issue where players can be stuck in the tutorial
- Fixed single skill challenge
- Fixed show stats button
- Fixed specialist set
