EventsPlan is an app designed to carry out tasks related mainly for setting up meetings with the fellow attendees of an event. It offers all the activities related to Meetings like set up, cancellation, approval, attending and a view of all your meeting lists. It also provides the attendees to know more about the Business Event Organiser. For the event organiser it removes the hassles for creating a meeting schedule manually for their attendees. It also provides the event organisers with the list of meetings in real time. This helps them to make the necessary arrangements and in planning for the event. With EventsPlan you can : * Set Meeting Requests : This feature allows you to send a request to the fellow attendee. You may select the time slot to choose your timing for the meeting. This can be later approved by the respective attendee. * Accept Invitations : This feature allows you to accept or reject the invitations sent by the other attendees. If you accept, the meeting will appear as confirmed for you as well as the other attendee. If you reject a meeting, it will be removed from the list of meetings for you and for the other attendee. * Aggregated List Of meetings : This feature provides you one single view of all your meeting requests as well as invitations. It provides you the list in ascending format by timings. * Once the organiser locks the meetings, you won’t be able to set the meetings. * At the day of the meetings, the Meetings list will help you through your meetings one after the another. * You may also view information about the event organiser in the About the Network section. * You can change your password in the Settings section. * You can view profile of other attendees * You can view Agenda for the event What is EventsPlan EventsPlan is a platform which enables Event Organisers to decide on the schedule of business meetings for their event. In turn their attendees can set meetings in real time before the event takes place. This helps the event organiser to plan for their event meetings accordingly like setting up the number of tables for meetings and the like.
