Subscription can not be restored for June 2019 and later issues.

The app does not restore my subscription on an iPad Pro 10.5” running 12.3.1 for issues June & July 2019.

Works fine on iPhone 7 Plus and iPad mini.

Not Starting

The app starts but will not load the issues. Not much use. Needs some work to give me value for my subscription.
